ElectroMaax offers a full line of custom engineered Serpentine Pulley conversion kits for EVERY Yanmar engine made since 1982 and other popular makes of engines.
The kits include everything you need for the installation. With the new upgraded 10 groove serpentine pulleys, you will be able to run a larger Amp output alternator without the belt dust and slipping so common with the v-belts. The Serpentine Pulley Conversion Kits come with a Lifetime Warranty on the pulleys AND Serpentine Belt! The pulleys are precision milled in Canada from 6061 aircraft grade bar stock aluminum and anodized for corrosion resistance in the harsh marine environment.
The ElectroMaax alternators are now standard equipment on all Hunter Sailboats 36ft and larger and Hunter is offering the Serpentine Pulley Kit and larger ElectroMaax alternator as an option to their buyers.
