Cruise RO Water and Power began when our founder, Rich, prepared to take his family cruising on SV THIRD DAY. He built his high-output watermaker to ensure they wouldn’t face water scarcity. This process also provided a heavy-duty RO system to meet his water supply needs.

Piston Water Pump Modules

Fully Assembled Module #1A

Our fully assembled module #1A features a 1.6 gpm General Pump Company stainless steel triplex high-pressure plunger pump. That is coupled with a 1.0 Hp 60 Hz Wattsaver Leeson motor.
Note: This watermaker module features 2 seawater outlet ports 3/8″ female NPT and 2 seawater inlet ports 1/2″ female NPT.
Fully Assembled Module #1B

Our #1B fully assembled module watermaker comprises a 2.3 gpm General Pump Company stainless steel triplex pump. It also features a 1.5 Hp 60 Hz Wattsaver Leeson motor.
Note: The #1B module features 2 seawater outlet ports 3/8″ female NPT and 2 seawater inlet ports 1/2″ female NPT.
Fully Assembled Module #1C

The fully assembled #1C module comprises a 4.2GPM General Pump Company Stainless Steel Triplex Plunger Pump. Plus, it includes an electrically engaged 12v DC dual v-belt clutch. This watermaker module’s operational speed is 1750 RPM.
Note: The #1C fully assembled module features 2 seawater outlet ports 3/8″ female NPT and 2 seawater inlet ports 1/2″ female NPT.
Fully Assembled Module #1D

Fully Assembled Module #1G

The #1G fully assembled watermaker module is made of a 4.2GPM General Pump Company stainless steel triplex pump. It also includes a 2.5 Hp WEG motor. The motor on our #1G watermaker module is a 60Hz/50Hz dual voltage motor.

Fully Assembled Module #2A

The #2A watermaker module is made of one 40″ x 2.5″ high salt rejection Dow SW30-2540 RO Membrane. A spiral-wound fiberglass Pressure Vessel fitted with fiberglass mounting feet and clamps houses the membrane. The total length of the water pump pressure vessel is 42 5/16″
Note: the high-pressure seawater inlet, brine outlet ports, and the product water outlet ports in the #2A fully assembled module are all 1/4″ female NPT.
Fully Assembled Module #2B

Our fully assembled module #2B is composed of two 40″ x 2.5″ high salt rejection Dow Filmtec SM30-2540 RO Membrane. Two spiral-wound fiberglass Pressure Vessels fitted with fiberglass mounting feet and clamps house the membranes. The #2B is plumbed in series with 3/8″ stainless steel tubing.
Note: The three water connections, Sea water inlet, Brine outlet, and Product water outlet, are all 1/4″ female NPT fittings.
Module #2C

Our watermaker Pressure Vessels are designed and manufactured by us to fit the standard Dow Filmtec SM30-2540 RO Membrane. Features on our watermaker pressure vessels include:
- Anodized Aluminum end plugs and retaining clamps
- 1/4″ female NPT Sea water inlet
- Brine outlet
- Product water outlet ports
Our watermaker module #2C includes end plug o-rings, product water seal o-rings, and SS Allen screws to lock on end ring clamps. The total pressure vessel length is 42 5/16″.
The module #2C is fabricated.

The watermaker module #2D features the 2.5″ x 40″ Dow Filmtec SW30-2540 membrane used in our Cruise RO systems. This watermaker membrane is also used as a direct replacement for many watermaker brands like Spectra and EcoTech.

Fully Assembled Module #3A

The fully assembled #3A watermaker module features dual Standard 10″ Filter housings. It includes a mounting bracket and 1/2″ female NPT inlet/outlet ports.
Accepts the standard 9.75″ x 2.5″ filter elements.
This unit can be used as pre-filtering for your watermaker. Alternatively, it works as a dock water filtering unit with a 5-micron and activated carbon filter.
A 5 and 20-micron filter element are included.
Fully Assembled Module #3B

Our #3B fully assembled watermaker module features industry Standard 10″ Filter Housing. It includes a clear sump and 1/2″ female NPT inlet/outlet ports.
